Description
The Stoppy MBB is a heavy-duty electromechanical bollard designed for busy commercial entrances, car parks, and depots where access requirements change throughout the day. It is rated for up to 1500 cycles per day, which is three times the capacity of the Stoppy B range.
An internal oil-bath gear motor reduces friction and wear, ensuring the bollard runs reliably under constant use. Its wide 219mm shaft can withstand impacts of up to 8000J, while all metal parts are cataphoresis-treated for strong resistance to corrosion.
Two sizes are available:
- 219mm x 500mm: Rises in 6 seconds.
- 219mm x 700mm: A taller option that rises in 9 seconds.
Both models include an LED light crown for use in low-visibility areas. When lowered, the light cap sits neatly within the floor flange, helping to keep debris out of the casing. Choose from a painted steel finish in RAL 7015 grey or stainless steel.
The bollard can be operated via fob, keypad, or Bluetooth. It is rated IP67 and functions in temperatures from -25°C to +60°C. In the event of a power failure, it can be manually lowered.
Please note: this bollard requires a Perseo control panel to operate (sold separately). One panel can control up to four bollards.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 working days by emailing sales@bisonsecurityposts.co.uk or calling 01708 956833. Cancellations and amendments must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged during transit, please report it within 24 hours of receipt. All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
