Stainless Steel Bollards

We offer four main types, each suited to different levels of access control:

• Telescopic Bollards: These retract fully into the ground when not in use, making them perfect for driveways and time-restricted public car parks.
• Automatic Bollards: These rise and retract at the touch of a button using a key fob, making them ideal for sites with regular vehicle traffic throughout the day.
• Fixed Bollards: A permanent solution built to withstand ram-raid attacks, commonly used at government buildings, schools, and pedestrianised zones.
• Removable Bollards: These lock securely in place and can be lifted out and stored in a garage or car boot. A cost-effective option for driveways and any areas requiring occasional access.

Yes. We provide bollard installation services across South East England, including London, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, and the wider Home Counties. Installation in other parts of the UK can be arranged through our network of trusted subcontractors – just get in touch if you're outside the area.

During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your postcode to confirm if installation is available in your area. If you have any questions, contact our team.

The process depends more on the type of bollard chosen than the material itself. Key considerations include:

• Foundation Depth: Telescopic bollards (both manual and automatic) require the deepest digging, as the full unit must be buried underground when retracted. Removable socket installations are significantly shallower.
• Power Supply: Automatic bollards need a cable running from the property to the bollard and its control panel.
• Underground Services: We will first conduct a cable avoidance (CAT) scan to identify existing pipes and wiring.
• Drainage: Gravel placed beneath the socket allows water to drain and prevents the bollard post from sticking.
• Surface Type: Block paving, tarmac, and concrete all require cutting and surface restoration to ensure the bollard sits flush with the ground.
