Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times vary because we work with a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers, so each product page and the checkout show an estimated delivery time before you order.

Delivery Times

Estimates are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and start from the next working day after you order. As a general guide:

3–5 working days	Timber bollards, ferrocast bollards, and wheel stops
5–7 working days	Most telescopic and fixed bollards
7–10 working days	Removable bollards, powder-coated posts, and hoop barriers
2 weeks	Selected automatic and polymer bollards
3 weeks	Arm barriers, swing gates, and cycle, bin, and smoking shelters
3–4 weeks	Anti-terror bollards

Same-Day Collection

Selected products are available for same-day collection. Order before 11am on a working day to collect the same day and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order contains products with different lead times, items may arrive separately at no extra cost.

Delivery Exclusions

Free delivery doesn’t currently cover the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, or offshore locations. Please contact us for a quote if you’re based in one of these areas.

Large and Heavy Items

Barriers, shelters, and heavier bollards may be delivered by pallet to the kerbside. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or missing, report it within 24 hours of receipt, including photos where possible.

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
