Description
The Manchester bollard recreates the look of traditional Victorian street furniture using modern AND low-maintenance materials. It is a natural fit for heritage sites, listed buildings, conservation areas, and restoration projects where a period appearance is important.
The post is made from Ferrocast, a tough polyurethane cast around an 88.9mm mild steel core. This gives it real strength at around a quarter of the weight of cast iron, and its non-ferrous exterior won’t rust or shatter on impact. A gloss two-part polyurethane paint finish resists chipping and weathering.
Standing 1000mm above ground, the bollard tapers from 209mm at the base to 178mm at the top. It is root fixed 300mm into concrete, with a steel root bar for a secure hold. Black is standard, and other colours, crests, and logos can be added on request.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 working days by emailing sales@bisonsecurityposts.co.uk or calling 01708 956833. Cancellations and amendments must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged during transit, please report it within 24 hours of receipt. All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
