Our policy is to supply two keys with every bollard we sell. If you need more, we provide additional keys for our telescopic, removable, and fold-down bollards, ideal for households or sites where several people need access.

If you already own one of our bollards, add your key’s serial number under “Special instructions” in the shopping cart so we can match it to your lock.

Delivery is free on orders of three keys or more. A shipping fee may apply to smaller quantities, so please email sales@bisonsecurityposts.co.uk for details.

Each Bison bollard lock has a unique serial number, usually stamped on the key itself. To order replacement or additional keys for an existing bollard, include this serial number in the “Special instructions” box at checkout so we can cut keys that match your lock.

Orders can typically be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 working days by emailing sales@bisonsecurityposts.co.uk or calling 01708 956833. Cancellations and amendments must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged during transit, please report it within 24 hours of receipt. All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
