It is our policy that every security post comes complete with two keys. If you still require extra copies, you may place an order for additional keys. It is also possible for us to send further spare keys if you have made a note of the number on the key. The vast majority of our products qualify for a standard delivery service free of charge* in which we anticipate your items to arrive between 3-5 working days post purchase date. You will be altered to changes to this procedure.
Whilst some products (particularly bulk orders) may take longer to be dispatched, this information will be stipulated in the product details. On the date of delivery, please anticipate the arrival of your items any time between 9:00 and 17:00.
